We provide help desk support for small and medium-sized organisations. Our smallest customer has 5 computers and our largest have over 1000. We become your IT specialist, and we’re always available. Our job is to ensure that all of your systems run smoothly, minimising downtime and eliminating data loss. We provide support remotely, accessing your systems from our offices; or we’re available on the phone to talk you through problems; by email; or we can visit you on-site.
We call this service Total System Support.
A tailored contract
Cemoc offer a range of support options, from ad-hoc, through to managed service offerings and bespoke contracts. We don’t assume that one size fits all, but tailor the contract to your requirements and your budget. Telephone, email and remote support are standard, and we can include on-site support as required. With our state of the art and secure remote support service, we can often resolve even complex issues without the need for site visits, speeding-up resolution times and minimising costs. We will also manage 3rd party and cloud-based systems for you, resulting in a single point of contact for any IT related issues.

Our Engineers are reinforced by the combined knowledge of the whole Cemoc team; so when you have one of our team on the phone or on-site, you have the power of all of us working on your problem. Our close links with trusted industry partners like Microsoft, Dell, Sophos, and Cisco mean we have direct support escalation routes should we need them.
Upgrades and migrations
Many of our customers first make contact when they need to upgrade and transform systems, or migrate to the Cloud. This is often a big step for companies with limited in-house IT support, and consulting a specialist like Cemoc is more cost effective than training or recruiting specialist internal IT staff.
