Our job is to ensure that all of your systems run smoothly, minimising downtime and eliminating data loss. We provide support remotely, accessing your server from our offices; or we’re available on the phone to talk you through problems; by email; or we can visit you on-site. Our qualified Systems Engineers can help you specify a new server and network, purchase and install hardware and software, advise on network security, configure access, and solve basic or complex queries. If you have a problem that we can’t solve, we can go direct to high level support in our partner organisations like Microsoft.
