The Client

RM Associates is an architectural practice of five people, based in Bembridge. The practice specialises in residential new build and conversion, mainly on the Isle of Wight. They have recently won The Island Conservation Award for the restoration of Brading Station and signal box.

The Issue

RM approached Cemoc in 2007 when they wanted support for their existing Microsoft Small Business Server infrastructure.

Cemoc Solution

Cemoc provide support for the system under a Total System Support contract, and have migrated their ADSL to improve the service, implemented a new anti-virus solution and improved the existing back-up system. Continuity is vital for RM Associates, as downtime means no work can be done.

Results

Robin Maconchy, director of RM Associates says “I view Cemoc’s service as a form of insurance and I like the fact that I don’t have to think about it.
