The Client


Neutrik UK is a subsidiary of Neutrik AG, the world’s leading producer of audio connectors for professional entertainment systems. The UK facility manufactures specialist connectors and acts as a UK sales and distribution hub for some of Neutrik’s other factories. The company employs over 100 staff in Ryde, and has 30 PCs, including remote users.


The Issue


Neutrik has in-house expertise to manage the company’s hardware and software, but wanted specialist assistance for their server, rather than training their own staff. Having used a large UK company for support in the past, Neutrik were looking for speedy response and a flexible approach.


Cemoc Solution


Since 2007 Cemoc has provided Total System Support for Neutrik’s server. In addition, Cemoc has implemented a new anti-virus solution and upgraded server hardware.


Results


Neutrik felt it was more effective to purchase support from Cemoc, rather than training their own staff as they couldn’t achieve the breadth and depth of experience that Cemoc have.
